If you discover you have an underground electrical problem and you are able to locate it, what method would be best to use in fixing the problem.
A) Make good clean electrical connections, wrap the connection in plastic wrap (baggies work well), then tape with electrical tape at least 5 layers thick.
B) Make good clean electrical connections, fill a baggie with silicon caulk and wrap the baggie around the connections, then tape with electrical tape at least 5 layers thick.
C) Make good clean electrical connections. Using a good quality electrical tape, wrap the tape 10 layers thick in a tight spiral. Back fill with clean fill only.
